Paper-Bag Pants

Hi, friends! It’s been a minute since my last post, but absence makes the heart grow fonder, right? With summer flying by (HOW is it almost August already?!), I have dedicated my weekends to living in the present moment as much as possible, and that includes reducing my social media usage. Needless to say, I have already noticed a drastic change in my daily mentality. I wake up feeling lighter, more determined to accomplish my goals and especially grateful for all the wonderful people in my life, both old and new.

Speaking of new, it’s time to turn our attention over to the focus of today’s blog post — these paper-bag pants from Urban Outfitters. Even in 90-degree weather, you will rarely often find me trading a pair of pants for a skirt. The key to beating the heat in pants, I’ve learned, is buying a pair with a relaxed fit. “Easy and breezy” is the name of the game.

I could go on about why these pants and I are a perfect match: high-rise, cinched at the waist, wide-leg. By day, the pants shine as a workplace superstar or shopping companion. Later on, you can find them moonlighting as a coveted date-night bottom. Whichever way you choose to wear them, just know they are bound to turn heads. 🙂
